What payment methods you accept
We accept payment types for online orders of Debit/Credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express for the main payment processors.
How do I contact you if there is a question about my order?
Please contact us by going to the Contact Us page, or call us at 647-346-4040 our timings are Mon- Fri: 10:00 AM – 04:00 PM; Sat: 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM or you can use the Chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen and someone will get back to you in 2 biz days.
How will I know if you received my order?
After you place an order for delivery, you will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been approved.
Can I order an item by phone?
If you are not comfortable ordering online, you are welcome to phone us, email or mail and someone will call you back to you in 2 biz. days. What taxes do you charge?
Some products are taxable on select items and Taxes are added based on the shipping destination (USA Excluded). For items that are Tax exempt or with a prescription, you will have an opportunity to send us the prescription at checkout.
