At MandM Medical Supplies, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping to our customers across Canada and the United States. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window
Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for a Return
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Packaging must be in good condition — free from damage, markings, or signs of tampering.
- Product must include all original accessories, manuals, and components.
- Item must be in fully resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Incontinence supplies
- Bathroom safety products
- Mobility scooters
- Ostomy supplies
- Wheelchairs and rollators
- Lift chairs
- Power wheelchairs
- Home hospital beds
- Mattresses, pillows, and bedding
- Cushions, braces, and cold therapy systems
- Special order or custom items
- Replacement parts
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
This fee will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.
Return Shipping
Standard Returns – The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Defective/Incorrect Items – If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Execptional Return Approvals
In rare circumstances, and only with prior written approval from management, returns may be considered for items that would otherwise be classified as non-returnable. If approved:
- A 35% restocking fee will apply.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
- All approvals are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Return Process
- Contact Us — Reach out to our customer service team to request a Return Authorization before sending any item back.
- Package the Item — Securely repack the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Return — Use a trackable shipping method. Unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival.
- Await Inspection — Once received, items are inspected within 2 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt. To process your claim, we require:
- Notification within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographs of the item, including visible damage.
- Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.
- Your order number and contact information.
Upon review, we will arrange either a replacement item or a refund/store credit at our discretion. Do not return any item until written authorization is received from our team.
Refunds
Refund Method – Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Processing Time – Typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Restocking Deduction – The 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount prior to processing.
