Return & Refund Policy

At MandM Medical Supplies, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping to our customers across Canada. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

Most Products may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. All approvals are determined on a case-by-case basis. A re-stocking fee applies. Personal Hygiene products are NOT refundable.

Eligibility for a Return

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Packaging must be in good condition — free from damage, markings, or signs of tampering.
  • Product must include all original accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Item must be in fully resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Incontinence supplies
  • Bathroom safety products
  • Mobility scooters
  • Ostomy supplies
  • Wheelchairs and rollators
  • Lift chairs
  • Power wheelchairs
  • Home hospital beds
  • Mattresses, pillows, and bedding
  • Cushions, braces, and cold therapy systems
  • Special order or custom items
  • Replacement parts

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
This fee will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.

Return Shipping

Standard Returns – The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Defective/Incorrect Items – If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refund Method – Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Processing Time – Typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Restocking Deduction – The 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount prior to processing.
