Order processing
Business Days Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Processing Time Typically, 1–3 business days. Processing may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Order Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation upon order placement and a tracking notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping within Canada
Shipping Method – Delivery Time – Order Value – Rate
Standard 3–5 Business Days – Under $99 CAD – $14.99 CAD
Standard 3–5 Business Days – $99 CAD & over – FREE
Express 1–2 Business Days – Any order value – $25.99 CAD
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Tracking details will be provided once your order is in transit.
Shipping to the United States
Shipping Method – Delivery Time – Order Value – Rate
Standard 7–13 Business Days – Any order value – $19.99 USD – flat rate
Customs & Duties: U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Before Shipment – Contact info@mandmmedical.ca as soon as possible to cancel or modify your order.
After Shipment – Cancellations are no longer possible once an order has been dispatched. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee will apply.
Refused Shipments – If a shipment is refused at delivery, both the outbound shipping cost and the applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Additional Information
Undeliverable Packages
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are non-refundable. Additional charges may apply to reship the order to a corrected address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs processing delays. MandM Medical Supplies is not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.
