MandM Medical Supplies \u2014 Effective date June 10-2026<\/h2>

At MandM Medical Supplies, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping to our customers across Canada and the United States. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.<\/p>

Return Window<\/h2>

Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.<\/p>

Eligibility for a Return<\/h2>

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:<\/p>

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.<\/li>
  • Packaging must be in good condition \u2014 free from damage, markings, or signs of tampering.<\/li>
  • Product must include all original accessories, manuals, and components.<\/li>
  • Item must be in fully resalable condition.<\/li><\/ul>

    Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>

    Due to hygiene, safety, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances:<\/p>

    • Incontinence supplies<\/li>
    • Bathroom safety products<\/li>
    • Mobility scooters<\/li>
    • Ostomy supplies<\/li>
    • Wheelchairs and rollators<\/li>
    • Lift chairs<\/li>
    • Power wheelchairs<\/li>
    • Home hospital beds<\/li>
    • Mattresses, pillows, and bedding<\/li>
    • Cushions, braces, and cold therapy systems<\/li>
    • Special order or custom items<\/li>
    • Replacement parts<\/li><\/ul>

      Restocking Fee<\/h2>

      A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
      This fee will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.<\/p>

      Return Shipping<\/h2>

      Standard Returns<\/strong> – The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.<\/p>

      Defective\/Incorrect Items<\/strong> – If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.<\/p>

      Execptional Return Approvals<\/h2>

      In rare circumstances, and only with prior written approval from management, returns may be considered for items that would otherwise be classified as non-returnable. If approved:<\/p>

      • A 35% restocking fee will apply.<\/li>
      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.<\/li>
      • Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.<\/li>
      • All approvals are determined on a case-by-case basis.<\/li><\/ul>

        Return Process<\/h2>
        1. Contact Us \u2014 Reach out to our customer service team to request a Return Authorization before sending any item back.<\/li>
        2. Package the Item \u2014 Securely repack the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.<\/li>
        3. Ship the Return \u2014 Use a trackable shipping method. Unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival.<\/li>
        4. Await Inspection \u2014 Once received, items are inspected within 2 business days.<\/li><\/ol>

          Damaged or Incorrect orders<\/h2>

          If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt. To process your claim, we require:<\/p>

          • Notification within 48 hours of delivery.<\/li>
          • Clear photographs of the item, including visible damage.<\/li>
          • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.<\/li>
          • Your order number and contact information.<\/li><\/ul>

            Upon review, we will arrange either a replacement item or a refund\/store credit at our discretion. Do not return any item until written authorization is received from our team.<\/p>

            Refunds<\/h2>

            Refund Method<\/strong> – Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.<\/p>

            Processing Time<\/strong> – Typically processed within 5\u20137 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.<\/p>

            Restocking Deduction<\/strong> – The 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount prior to processing.<\/p>
