Order Cancellations & Modifications<\/h2>

Before Shipment<\/strong>\u00a0 – Contact info@mandmmedical.ca as soon as possible to cancel or modify your order.<\/p>

After Shipment<\/strong> – Cancellations are no longer possible once an order has been dispatched. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee will apply.<\/p>

Refused Shipments\u00a0<\/strong> – If a shipment is refused at delivery, both the outbound shipping cost and the applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.<\/p>

Undeliverable Packages<\/strong>
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are non-refundable. Additional charges may apply to reship the order to a corrected address.<\/p>
